Tokyo Subway Quilt - The Beginning

I was inspired to make the Tokyo Subway quilt that I saw over on Oh, Fransson!  I figured this would be a great quilt to use up some of my fabric stash.  Here are the beginning piles of fabric that I must cut into 2.5 inch squares.

This quilt will have 1600 pieces to it!!! I have my work cut out for me on this one!  I'll keep you posted on the progress!
